Billy Ray Cyrus has a handful of tattoos which we have spotted, including a Native American style eagle with dream catcher, located on his right arm.

The tattoos on his left arm include a tribal armband along with the phrase "Music Changes Everything".

He also has a heart tattoo on his hand, which was originally drawn by his daughter Miley Cyrus.
